3J's Boarding House

Opened in 1989, 3J's Boarding House in Baguio City has been accommodating students, reviewees, workers and transients. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our location is ideal for anyone studying, working or visiting the City of Pines. We are near Honeymoon Road and Saint Louis University which is a walking distance away. If you want to go to the public market, you can either walk or take 1 jeepney ride. Same is true when going to Session Road. Getting a jeepney or a taxi is not a problem as the Aurora Hill, Trancoville and Brookside jeepneys pass by Rimando Road. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When it comes to city services, we say "No Water Problem!" We have HUGE tank so water is really not a problem. We also provide a cable-ready TV, a refrigerator and we have a gas range & tank for rent for Php 50 a month only (Note: Refilling is up to the boarders sharing it). We make sure that our boarding house is secured 24/7. We have a gate locked 24/7 and only the boarders with a key can enter. 

 

We have a total of 7 rooms, 2 pax per room.
